We have gone through this before; the company is at 9 years and counting! We all know the holidays get super busy for all retail and restaurant businesses and so we’ve got this down to a science. We have a routine that we stick to so we can move at the most efficient pace while still taking care (we’ll get to this later) and leaving a little room for flexibility. We know what our team can handle and so we don't bite off more than we can chew as far as how many orders we take on; and that means you should get your orders in now before we fill up!

Crafted with Care 

The items you order from us can’t be made by a machine and that means they are doted on by one of our fantastic fruit designers! Because berries and apples and oranges come in a slight variety of shape and size our designers make sure to pay extra attention to how all the puzzle pieces fit together to make sure your bouquet is the most beautiful it can be! Even more important in our process is the fact that each bouquet and box is crafted the day it is to be delivered so each one is at its freshest when it arrives at its destination.

Customer Service 

There are so many variables when choosing the perfect box or bouquet! For instance… box or bouquet!? Oreos, pretzels, macarons, berries? Chocolate dipped or one that's all fresh? What size do you need? Well, don't fret, we have online representatives available to give you a helping hand. You can contact us on the website through the chat feature, by email or by giving us a call! This also opens up the ability to talk to us about any custom ideas you might have.

Card Always Included 

Your gift will always come with a blank 5 by 4 gift card that we can write a personal message in for you! We think doing a full gift card instead of a business card sized message is a special option that goes above and beyond the traditional bouquet message card. If you want to get even fancier, we do offer upgraded cards that get a little more specific to your message. Right now we obviously have Christmas and Holiday cards but if you happen to be buying for another purpose like a birthday, we have those too!

Timely deliveries

While we do offer a pick-up option from our partner store, Ottawa Artisan’s at the St. Laurent mall, you can count on us for deliveries! We offer local delivery and expand out to Kanata, Barrhaven, Riverside South, Stittsville, Manotick, Greely, and parts of Gatineau! We trust our delivery drivers but we also care about them so just like we talked about at the top, we make sure we don't give anyone any more than they can handle. We want our deliveries to get to you in time and be delivered with a smile and so to really help during the holidays (and other high volume days) we outsource to a trusted local delivery company!
