Allergies & Safety
We want you to enjoy every experience with us, which is why it is important for you to know a few things about our products.
Kosher: Our semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate are certified Kosher with dairy.
Peanut-Free: Our chocolate is manufactured in a peanut-free and nut-free facility. We do not use peanuts in our commercial kitchen.
Nuts: Our chocolate is manufactured in a nut-free facility however, we do use macarons that contain almond flour and we do use almonds as toppings. If you would like to request a nut-free order, we will make sure that your order is the first one made and packaged to avoid cross-contamination.
Gluten: We do work with pretzels that contain gluten which may come into contact with other products during dipping. Upon request, we can use a fresh chocolate container to ensure no cross-contamination with gluten products.
Dairy: We are happy to let you know that we have upgraded to a dark semi-sweet Belgian chocolate that does not contain any dairy. We do however, also use milk chocolate and white chocolate for some products which does contain dairy. For a fully vegan menu please visit our Vegan page for your reassurance.
Safety with Skewers
Our fruit bouquets and fruit cakes are arranged using skewers and occasionally toothpicks to secure the fruit in place. For children enjoying the bouquet, we strongly recommend that an adult remove the fruit from the skewers and serve it on a plate. If you're sending a bouquet to young children, you can request the replacement of skewers with cake-pop sticks for added safety (additional charge may apply).
Fruit Sculptures
Our fruit sculpture centrepieces are created using skewers and sometimes toothpicks. These centrepieces are primarily intended for display. However, if you choose to enjoy the fruit, please take the sculpture apart with care. We advise cutting the fruit into pieces and carefully checking for any remaining toothpicks or skewers before consumption.
