Our deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. While we ensure delivery within the specified time frame, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

We want you to enjoy every experience with us, which is why it is important for you to know a few things about our products.
Kosher: Our dark semi-sweet Belgian chocolate and white chocolate are certified Kosher.
Peanut-Free: Our chocolate is manufactured in a peanut-free and nut-free facility. We do not use peanuts in our commercial kitchen.
Not Nut-Free, but: Our macarons contain almond flour and we do use almonds as toppings. If you would like to request a nut-free order, we will make sure that your order is the first one made and packaged to avoid cross-contamination.
Gluten: Our Belgian Chocolate is produced in a gluten-free facility; however, we do work with gluten-containing products, like pretzels, which may come into contact during dipping. Upon request, we can use a fresh chocolate container to ensure no cross-contamination with gluten products.
Dairy: As of December 2024, we've switched to using dark semi-sweet Belgian chocolate, which is dairy-free. However, select chocolate covered treats – like our Bear Hug Berries and Coloured Chocolates –are made with milk and/or white chocolate, which do contain dairy.
