HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We need a 1 day notice before 5 p.m. or you can select your delivery date at checkout for a future date in the calendar.
IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
Yes there is a delivery charge that will be applied at checkout. Please refer you our delivery policy page for more information.
CAN I PICK-UP?
Currently we only sell our products via. our website and deliver within the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
ARE YOU A NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT?
Our chocolate is nut-free however, we occasionally use nuts for toppings upon customers' request, therefore we are not a nut-free environment.
WHEN ARE YOUR BOUQUETS PREPARED?
Our fruit bouquets and chocolate dipped fruit are made-to-order! We prepare and dip the day-of your delivery.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, our custom fruit carvings and custom themed chocolate covered strawberries & oreos require a minimum of 7 days notice. Fruit platters only require a 2 days notice. You will have to send us an email for a custom design.
WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT ISN'T AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
In the case that the recipient is not home, we will leave it with a neighbour or leave it in front of the recipient's house where the delivery driver deems it safe. We will notify the recipient as to where it was left. Please visit our delivery policy page for more information.
